FULL ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Meet your private driver at Noi Bai International Airport and travel to your selected Hanoi hotel. Allow approximately 60–90 minutes after leaving the terminal.
Check in and spend the rest of the day resting after your journey. No golf or compulsory evening programme is scheduled.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Golf at Long Bien (B)
Following breakfast, transfer to Long Bien Golf Course, approximately 35–50 minutes each way from central Hanoi. A suggested 7:30 AM pickup supports a requested 9:15 AM tee time.
Play 18 holes with green fee, caddie fee and a shared golf cart included. Afterwards, take time for lunch at your own expense and freshen up before returning to the hotel during the afternoon.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi to Ninh Binh (B)
After breakfast, check out and depart at approximately 10:00 AM for Ninh Binh. Allow around 2.5–3 hours for the journey, including a short comfort stop.
The Five Villas & Resort Ninh Binh, within the Royal Golf complex, is a suggested base for the next four nights. The property, villa type and room allocation will be confirmed around your party's requirements.
Have lunch at your own expense, check in and relax. No golf or sightseeing is scheduled on this transfer day.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 4: Golf at Royal Queen Course (B)
Enjoy breakfast before a short transfer within the Royal Golf area. Allow approximately 10–15 minutes from the selected accommodation, subject to the final villa location and clubhouse arrangements.
Arrive with time to prepare before a requested 9:00 AM tee time and play an 18-hole round on the Queen Course. After lunch at your own expense and time to change, return to your accommodation for a free afternoon.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 5: Trang An Boat Experience (B, L)
Leave the resort after breakfast for Trang An, allowing approximately 35–50 minutes each way. Explore the limestone landscape on a local rowing-boat excursion with your guide coordinating the visit.
The selected boat route normally takes around two to three hours and will be confirmed according to operating conditions. Enjoy an included local lunch before returning to the resort during the afternoon.
The programme keeps the rest of the day free and does not add a strenuous climb or further full-day excursion.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 6: Golf at Royal King Course (B)
After breakfast, return to Royal Golf for an 18-hole round on the King Course, with a requested 9:00 AM tee time. The Queen and King are two layouts within the same Royal Golf complex.
Take time for lunch at your own expense and changing after the round, then return to your accommodation to relax and prepare for departure.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 7: Ninh Binh to Noi Bai Airport (B)
Enjoy breakfast and check out before your private transfer to Noi Bai International Airport. Allow approximately 3–4 hours on the road, with an additional traffic buffer and time for airport procedures.
This itinerary is best matched with an international departure at 4:00 PM or later. For an earlier flight, we will review the schedule and may recommend a final night in Hanoi, with any changes and costs confirmed before booking. No golf or sightseeing is scheduled today.

Important Notes for the Guest
- Accommodation: Hotels and resorts are selected around your preferred standard, room configuration and travel dates. Named properties are recommendations and remain subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are not included unless confirmed.
- Tee times and pace: Morning tee times are requested, subject to availability and seasonal conditions. Allow 45–60 minutes at the club before tee-off, approximately 4.5–5 hours for 18 holes, and time for lunch and changing afterwards. Afternoon schedules remain flexible if play takes longer.
- Transfers: Driving times are approximate planning estimates for the accommodation areas described and may vary with traffic, weather and the final hotel location.
- Arrival and departure: No golf is scheduled on the first or final day. If your arrival time requires an additional recovery night before the first round, we will adjust the itinerary and quotation.
- Playing preferences: We will discuss suitable tees with you and the club according to your playing distance and experience. A leisure itinerary describes the pace of the holiday rather than the difficulty of every course.
- Non-golfing companions: Private sightseeing and spa activities can be arranged during golf days at an additional cost. Your final quotation will distinguish included services from optional arrangements.
- Royal Golf layouts: The package includes one round on the Queen Course and one on the King Course, subject to availability. These are two layouts at one golf facility, not separate clubs.
- Departure planning: Please share your proposed flight before booking. The base programme finishes in Ninh Binh, and the road transfer to Noi Bai requires approximately 3–4 hours.
